Addis Ababa Science and Technology University has the following vacant positions and invites qualified applicants.
Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU) is one of Ethiopia’s two specialized science and technology universities. It was established under the First Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP I: 2003–2007 E.C) with a special mission to advance the country’s scientific and technological capabilities.
Notice:
1. Educational qualifications and experience: Applicants who have higher educational qualifications and more work experience than the stated minimum requirements may apply.
2. Application period: Applications must be submitted within 7 consecutive working days from the date the vacancy announcement was published in the Addis Zemen newspaper. Applications are to be submitted online through the link provided below.
3. Degree exit examination: Applicants submitting degree certificates issued from Ethiopian year 2015 E.C. onward must attach evidence that they passed the exit examination.
4. Technical and vocational qualifications: Applicants competing for technical and vocational positions must attach a certificate confirming their competency assessment.
5. Work experience from private institutions: Work experience certificates issued by private institutions must meet the stated employment-tax requirements.
6. Authenticity of documents: Applicants are responsible for the authenticity and validity of the educational and work experience documents they submit.
7. Examination arrangements: The examination date and location for shortlisted applicants will be announced separately.
