Key Responsibilities:

Position 2: Human Resource Officer
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Initiatives & Systems Development:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the recruitment process.
2. Employment Process Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the employment process, from recruitment to onboarding.
- Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.
3. Legal Compliance & Working Conditions:
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure full compliance with Ethiopian labor laws.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information and HR records.
4. Accurate Employee Record-Keeping:

5. Performance Evaluation:

- Schedule evaluations on an annual, quarterly, or probationary basis, and document all evaluation details securely.
6. Bonus & Salary Increment Policies:
- Establish a performance-based bonus system (including performance bonuses, annual bonuses, profit-sharing, and festival bonuses).
- Define clear guidelines for salary increments based on annual performance reviews, promotions, and cost-of-living adjustments.
7. Digital HR Systems:

Position 5: Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Independently design and prepare technical documentation for electrical systems in buildings
- Develop power supply and distribution systems (for Power System Design role)
- Design IT network systems, weak current systems, Data Centers, and BMS systems (for IT System Design role)
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings using CAD and other engineering software
- Ensure all designs meet Ethiopian design standards, codes, and safety requirements
- Lead coordination efforts with other design disciplines for fully integrated project solutions
- Participate in technical reviews, project meetings, and provide expert guidance to junior engineers
Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical design
- Holds a PPEE certificate (Professional Practice of Electrical Engineering)
- Skilled in both power system design and weak current system design
- Extensive experience in designing large-scale office buildings
- Proven ability to independently complete entire project designs
- Familiar with Ethiopian electrical and construction standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design and analysis software
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills in English
- Team-oriented, disciplined, and capable of leading design tasks
