Trident Educational Consultants is an expanding international education consultancy firm located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Our focus is on linking Ethiopian students and professionals with universities and educational institutions throughout Europe and North America.
We are in the process of growing our team and are looking for a highly motivated professional who is fluent in English to act as the primary point of contact for our clients and to play a crucial role in our international communications.
Position: Receptionist & International Communications Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any relevant field (English Language, International Relations, Business Administration, or similar preferred)
English: Excellent written and spoken English — this is a core, non-negotiable requirement; candidates will be assessed on this during the interview
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, professional phone manner, and formal email etiquette
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet and email tools
Character: Presentable, reliable, detail-oriented, punctual, and proactive
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (fresh graduates with excellent English are welcome to apply)
Languages: Amharic (native or fluent) and English (excellent) both required
