Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was founded by 105 shareholders on March 28, 2012. These shareholders include distinguished individuals and business entities.
The company is registered with the National Bank of Ethiopia in accordance with proclamation No.86/1994 and holds license No.017/12. To establish public confidence from the outset, TISc began its operations with a subscribed capital of 45 million birr and a paid-up capital of 11,480,000 birr, significantly exceeding the minimum requirement of 3 million birr, and operates three branches within the city of Addis Ababa.
