Required Qualification and Experience:

Required Qualification and Experience:

Job Summary:

Coordinates Wholesale Property Estimation activities, ensuring accuracy of collateral and loan property valuations, verifying compliance with approved plans and title deeds, and assessing estimation reports.

Position 9: Principal – Digital Media Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience:

Job Summary:
Implements and manages the Bank’s social media and digital marketing strategy, promoting the brand, products, and services. Manages online presence, campaigns, Google Ads, website content, and email marketing to strengthen corporate image and brand messaging.

Position 10: Principal – Database Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience:
Education: Degree in Information Technology or related field plus eight (8) years’ experience in database management within banking. Master’s in IT is an added advantage.
Certifications: Oracle 19c Certified Professional – OCP (mandatory); IBM Db2 Administration v11.5 (added advantage).
Job Summary:
Responsible for the design, efficiency, security, scalability, and availability of the Bank’s database systems. Participates in building, implementing, and supporting the data infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security standards, and adapting to changes in technology and requirements.

Position 11: Manager – Graphic Design & Documentation Division
Required Qualification and Experience:

Job Summary:
Oversees and drives the Bank’s visual communications, including graphics, illustrations, and video content. Responsibilities include leading design projects, establishing standards, mentoring the design team, managing documentation, editing audio/video content, maintaining document repositories, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Position 12: New Head Quarter Building Project Management Directorate
Required Qualification and Experience:
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Projects Management plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience with at least three (3) years in a managerial role. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in project management, with a focus on high-rise buildings. Proficiency in project management software and construction-related engineering tools (AutoCAD, SAP, ArchiCAD, etc.).
Job Summary:
Coordinates and oversees all activities of the Head Quarter Building project on behalf of the Bank. Directs all aspects of the project from initial planning to final completion and collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with high-quality standards.
