Position 1: Customer Service Officer – III
Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study with 1(One) year work experience in banking operations.

Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Required Education and Experience: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with 2/4 years related work experience.
Place of Work: Debre Birhan District Office
Position 3: Collateral Valuator and Engineer – Mechanical
Required Education and Experience: Minimum BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field of study with 3(Three) years of experience in designing, estimation and valuation.

Position 4: Innovation and Change Management Officer
Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics/Business Administration or business related field of study with a minimum of 3(Three) years of relevant work experience.

Position 5: Attorney
Required Education and Experience: LLB with 3(Three) years of related work experience.
Place of Work: Hawassa District Office
Position 6: Senior Accountant
Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or other business related field of study with a minimum of 4(Four) years of experience in Finance Department and Tax Authority. Applicants must have knowledge in financial regulations and tax laws. Certifications in IFRS and ACCA are advantageous.

Position 7: Branch Manager – Grade – 1
Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Management/Accounting/Economics/Business Management/Banking and Finance with a minimum of 6(Six) years work experience in banking operations of which 2(Two) years in supervisory position.
