Position 1: Senior Banking Business Officer

Minimum qualification and work experience:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields
  • 3 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.

Place of work: Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa

Position 2: Branch Manager

Minimum qualification and work experience:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields
  • 5 years of banking operation experience of 2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or Customer Service Supervisor role in branch banking area.

Position 3: Director, District Office

Minimum Qualification:-

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 8/10 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years in branch leadership, district supervision, or a comparable multi-branch management role. Experience in business growth, branch operations, financing, and people leadership is required.
