Position: Graduate Product Advocacy & Sales Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; previous work experience is not required.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in sales, customer engagement, and product promotion.
• Ability to learn product information quickly.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Fluency in Amharic, or Oromifa, or Somalia, or Tigrigna

Preferred Competencies

• Confident, persuasive, and approachable personality.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to handle customer objections positively.
• Experience in student leadership, volunteering, internships, community outreach, or campus sales is an advantage.
