Position 1: Sales Representative
Qualification:
- Degree/ Diploma in Business, IT, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; recent graduates with strong aptitude will be considered.
- Comfortable with digital communication and basic CRM use; quick to learn product basics.
- Working proficiency in Amharic and English.
- Any exposure to software, product or B2B sales; customer-facing experience.

Position 2: Business Development Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in business development, lead generation, or bid and tender coordination.
- Familiarity with tender processes; CRM and web lead tools; research skills; basic web content management.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Amharic, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the Ethiopian tender landscape; digital marketing and lead-generation tools; CRM administration.

Position 3: Sales Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years B2B product or software sales with a proven, demonstrable conversion record, ideally in ERP, POS or enterprise business systems; experience leading, coaching or supervising sellers is required.
- Working knowledge of ERP and POS functional requirements (finance, procurement, payroll, inventory, point-of-sale) sufficient to scope client needs and run credible demonstrations.
- Comfortable with CRM and pipeline tools; able to prepare proposals and pricing; understanding of solution scoping and requirement gathering.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Amharic, written and spoken.
- Experience selling to financial-sector or regulated clients; exposure to implementation or requirement analysis; an existing enterprise client network.

Education

Position 5: Video Editor & Videographer
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Film Production, Media Studies, Multimedia, Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Experience working in a marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, or production house is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, corporate, and social media content.

Position 6: CREATIVE COPYWRITE
Education:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Literature, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or creative writing, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range and creativity across formats (digital, social, brand, campaign) is required.

Position 7: Product Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3-7 years) as a Product Manager, preferably in software development or a technology-focused company.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Proficiency in issue tracking tools like Jira or Azure, Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools used in the software development industry.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Position 8: Senior Software Engineer
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Position 9: Consultancy Sales Representative
Education:
- Degree in Business, Management, Economics or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Â
Experience:
- 3 to 6 years selling professional or advisory services with a demonstrable record.Â
- Familiarity with BPM and QMS, Organizational Development or business advisory; understanding of consulting engagement models.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Amharic, written and spoken.
- An existing senior client network; exposure to public-enterprise or financial-sector clients.

Position 10: Senior Product Owner
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Â Expertise in managing product backlogs, writing epics, and defining user stories.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to align product goals with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or others
