VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) was established in accordance with proclamation No. 40/96 to offer financial services to the economically active poor in both rural and urban regions of Ethiopia. Currently, VisionFund operates in four of the country’s Regional States.
VisionFund MFI is actively seeking candidates for the following positions. Successful applicants will possess skills and experience that align with the following requirements:
Position: Senior E-Banking Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Trainings on project Management , ITIL & Digital Financial Services
- Certifications in Digital / Electronic Banking will be added advantage
EXPERIENCE
- 5 experience in the field of Information Technology & 2 of which on Digital Banking platforms
- Hands on experience on implementation, Maintenance and support of Digital Banking platforms (internet/mobile banking, Agency Banking, cards, ATMs, etc.).
- Experience in managing e-banking platforms (Project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
SKILLS:
- Solid knowledge and on digital banking technologies and trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of banking regulations related to e-banking and data privacy.
- Customer-concentric mindset and proactive approach to improving digital services.
- Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
- Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Highly self-motivated and directed
