Transsion Manufacturing Plc, a firm formed through the merger of Weiguo Yu, the assembler of Tecno mobile phones, and Junjie Lui, the manufacturer of accessories, operates a factory within the Ethio ICT village, situated near Bole Lemi Industrial Park.
We are seeking dynamic and driven female Sales Promoters to enhance our market presence. This position entails promoting mobile phone products, fostering robust customer relationships, and stimulating sales growth.
Position: Sales Promoter (Female Applicants Only)
Qualifications and Skills
- Passion for the mobile phone industry.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
Physical and Professional Requirements
- Minimum of high school education or TVET.
- Age: 25 years or below.
- Energetic, proactive, and well-presented.
- Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect, summarize, and report data from retailers and wholesalers.
- Ensure product availability in market areas by monitoring retail stores.
- Develop new markets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and report promptly.
- Achieve high results by accelerating mobile phone sales goals in assigned areas.
- Collaborate with the team on various sales promotion activities.
- Investigate, analyze, and report competitors’ activities promptly.
