Tekhaf Trading invites interested and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Accountant (General Accounts)

Academic requirement: BSc/BA /Diploma/ level 4 in Accounting and Finance.

  • Work experience: 2/4years’ experience in finance related activities. Experience in general accounts, finance, investment, etc. in large entities with trading, agricultural, and transport sector involvement is advantageous. Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing finance and accounts manuals, systems, policies and standards is a benefit.
  • Desirable training: Finance and investment management tools like ERP, FMIS, etc.

Work location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Stock Accountant

Academic requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,

Experience: 4 years in inventory control, warehousing, or general accounting.

The Stock Accountant is responsible for the integrity of inventory data. This role involves monitoring stock movements, reconciling physical counts with system records, and providing detailed reports on inventory valuation and aging. You will work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and minimize financial discrepancies.

Work location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Property & Stock Controller

Academic requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Property Management, Business Admin, or related field.

Experience: 2 -4Years of related Experience.

The Property & Stock Controller is responsible for the oversight of physical assets and inventory levels. This includes tracking procurement, managing storage, conducting audits, and ensuring that property (both fixed and movable) is utilized efficiently and maintained according to company standards.

Work location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Marketing and Sales Department Manager

Academic requirement: MA/BA in Marketing Management.

  • Work experience: 8/10 years of relevant experience to the position out of which. Experience in marketing management, domestic sales management, market Management, customer services, and etc. in large entities with Trading, agricultural, Transport sector involvement is advantageous. Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing Marketing and Sales Management manuals, systems, policies and standards is a benefit.
  • Desirable training:Marketing and Sales Management tools like market development strategies, sales planning, marketing software, etc.

Work location: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Customer Service Division Head

  • Academic requirement: MSc/ BSc in Auto Mechanical Engineering & Related fields.
    • Work experience: 6/8 years’ experience in designing and processing effective Market Research and Development system in large entities with trading, agricultural, and transport sector involvement is advantageous. Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing Customer service manuals, systems, policies and standards is a benefit.
  • Desirable training: Customer Service Management tools like Customer Service Management, Communication, Software, MS Office, etc.
