Nib International Bank (NIB) was founded on 26 May 1999, operating under license no. LBB/007/99, in compliance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994. The bank was established with a paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of Birr 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders.
The Bank began its operations on 28 October 1999 with a workforce of 27 employees, entering the banking sector as the sixth private bank to receive a license in the nation.

Qualification:
B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
3 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Junior Branch Controller, CSO (BBO), or equivalent core banking business-related positions
Location:
Jimma District
Position 2: Banking Business Manager
Qualification:
B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
3 years of banking work experience, of which:
- 2 years as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer I),
or - 3 years as Junior Branch Controller,
or - Equivalent core banking business-related positions
Location:
Jimma District
Position 3: Branch Manager
Qualification:
M.A / B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
5/7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years should be as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking business-related positions
Location:
