Technostyle PLC, a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality office, home & hotel furniture, as well as foam and mattress products, is expanding its team! With multiple showrooms across Addis Ababa and a strong presence in Ethiopia’s manufacturing sector, we are looking for passionate, qualified, and committed professionals to fill the following position.

Currently, its capital has increased relatively at an average annual growth rate of 20%. Today, Technostyle is seen by customers, suppliers, competitors, and the government as one of the most credible and respectable enterprise in the country. “Technostyle” is synonymous with ethical business practice in Ethiopia.

Position : Junior Sales Person

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns and networking.
• Assist senior sales staff with proposal, documentation and any updates
• Maintain in depth knowledge of products/service to effectively demonstrate value to clients
• Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales reports
• Monitors competitors and report market trends to management.
• Contacting existing customers to discuss ongoing needs or reactivate buyers.
• Negotiating prices, terms and other elements of sales agreement.

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration and related fields.
• Work Experience: 0 years (not required)

Skills Required:

• Basic proficiency in Ms office (excel, word, and CRM software
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, commitment and professional responsibility
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
