TAF OIL PLC is a private limited company licensed by the ministry of trade and industry of the FDRE government. The company was established on March 2010 and enters the petroleum business in 2011. TAF joined the oil industry in order to cater the ever increasing energy demand of the country and to be the reliable choice in the industry.

Taf Energies is looking for potential candidates for the following Positions:

Position 1: Senior Accountant

Educational Background

• BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Skills

• Construction project accounting and cost control.
• Preparing and monitoring project budgets, cash flow, and financial reports.
• Knowledge of BOQ, project costs, subcontractor payments, retention, advances, and variations.

Position 2: Project Engineer

Educational Background

• BSC Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction/project management.

Technical Skills

• Project planning and scheduling – using  MS Project
• Construction methodology – deep understanding of high-rise construction sequence
• Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
• Health, safety, and environment (HSE) – risk assessments, safety plans
• Cost management – working with QS on budgets and payments
• Stakeholder coordination – client, consultant, subcontractors, authorities
• Software proficiency: AutoCAD (2D/3D),MS Project
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ETABS / SAP2000 / SAFE (structural analysis – advantage)
• Contract administration – FIDIC, claims, extensions of time

Position 3: Quantity Surveyor

Educational Background

• BSC Degree Civil Engineering or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 3/5 years of Relevant experience

Technical Skill

• Cost estimation and budgeting – preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and cost plans
• Quantity take-off – accurate measurement from drawings (manual and software)
• BOQ preparation – bill of quantities for all trades (civil, structural, finishing, MEP)
• Tender documentation – preparing and evaluating tenders, contracts
• Interim payment certificates – valuing work done and certifying payments
• Claims and final accounts – preparing and settling project accounts
• Software proficiency: AutoCAD  ,MS Excel (advanced – formulas, pivot tables)

Position 4: Foreman

Educational Background

• Diploma/TVET in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related fields

Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in construction/engineering projects,

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site supervision.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP)
• Knowledge of construction methods for high-rise buildings (formwork systems, scaffolding, concrete pouring)
• Site supervision and labor management – assigning tasks, monitoring productivity
• Quality control – checking workmanship against specifications and standards
