Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or office management.
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is an advantage.
