Position: Administrative Assistant and HR Officer

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or office management.
  • Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is an advantage.
