Position 1: Digital Distribution MIS Specialist
Technical/Professional Qualifications:
- Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using relevant MIS and data analysis tools.
- 3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or a related role.
- Optional:
- Professional certification in MIS, data analysis, or a related field (desired).
- Functional Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills in MIS systems, databases, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Position 2: Compensation and Benefits Lead
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Graduate from recognized university with qualifications in HR, Finance or Business
- 5 years of Compensation and Benefits experience for postgraduate and 7 years for bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proven ability to self-start and effectively manage multiple assignments.
- The ability to work under pressure and be resilient and tenacious to get results
- Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics skills
Desired
- Experience in large and complex organizations.
- Exposure to telecoms, FMCG, or similar dynamic industries.

- Proficient in using sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Optional
- Professional certification in Sales or Marketing (desired)
Financial Responsibility:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- May be responsible for managing and optimizing acquisition budgets.
- May be involved in pricing strategies and negotiations to maximize profitability.

Position 4: Regional Sales Manager- Dessie
Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial management and business development roles.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including products, services, and customer behavior.
- An MBA degree is preferable in Business Studies.
- At least 5 Years of sales / trade execution within FMCG / Telecom industry Environment of which 3 Year must be in a sale managerial Position.
- Proactive, confident, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
- Financial Responsibility:
- Responsible for driving sales revenue growth and contributing to the overall profitability of Safaricom Ethiopia.
- Budgeting and financial forecasting for commercial activities.
