Position: Contact Center Representative
Education:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates)
Job type:
- Contract-based, with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance
Work Environment:
- This position is typically based in a call center environment, requiring flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Location Preference: Candidates in Goro, Koye Feche, Tuludimtu, Summit, Bole, or areas near the IT park (Goro Road to Tulu Dimtu)
- Remote Work Eligibility: Must have a reliable internet connection and a PC to support remote work.
