We are seeking a driven, customer-oriented, and dynamic Sales Person to become a part of our team. The Sales Person will be tasked with promoting and selling the company’s products, recognizing customer requirements, fostering robust customer relationships, and meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related position.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Honest, responsible, and professional.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to customers.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, promotions, and benefits clearly.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and attractive.
