Position 1: Junior Marketing Officer and Data Analyst

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm marketing ideas with the marketing team to drive brand growth.
- Bring innovative ideas that can elevate the company’s social media presence to market the company effectively.
- Author comprehensive Whitepapers and Training Guides for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate technical documents accurately between English and Amharic to serve diverse audiences.
- Analyze marketing metrics and data to create insightful reports for the department.
- Assist in drafting technical proposals for prospective corporate clients.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Graphic Designer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2 years of professional experience in technical design.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong time management skills with a track record of fast project delivery.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to execute interior design projects and spatial branding.
- Disciplined file management and digital asset organization
- Strong understanding of brand integration within physical environments
- Exposure to Agile or project workflows.
