Position 1: Junior Office Engineer
Qualification
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, construction materials, and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
- Fast learner, flexible, organized, and willing to work across multiple functions.
Required Competencies
Candidates should be practical, cost-conscious, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-moving trade and project environment with multiple responsibilities.
Location:Â Addis Ababa
Position 2: Office Engineer
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, measurement, cost analysis, project documentation, procurement, and reporting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
- Flexible, responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple assignments.
