African Lakes Ethiopia PLC was established in 1961 under the name AMROPA Motors Limited. Since its inception, the company has served as the representative of Ford Motors Company in Ethiopia and was initially owned by the Swiss Group AMROPA Motors, which was subsequently acquired by African Lakes.
We are seeking recent graduates from TVET Colleges for the 2025/26 Academic Year to join our Product Support (Machinery) Department following the successful completion of their Trainee Technician program. Candidates must have obtained one of the specified qualifications and have successfully completed an internship.

Education :
TVET College Level IV and V Graduates with CoC Certifications
- Automotive Technology
- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Servicing
- Industrial Electrical and Electronics Control Technology
- Heavy Duty Equipment Maintenance
Experience :
- Fresh graduate with 0 years of experience.
- Practical skills gained through internship experience.
