OLY Printing & Packaging is in search of a skilled and experienced Printing Specialist to become a part of our Printing and Packaging Department. The Printing Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete printing process, starting from prepress preparation to the final production of high-quality printed materials.
This position demands proficiency in a range of printing techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to efficiently oversee projects to fulfill client expectations.
Position: Administrative Assistant Intern
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
Experience: No prior work experience required; internship or office exposure is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:-Assist management and staff with daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and internal communication.
- Office Coordination:-Support office organization, help monitor office supplies, and assist with coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Document & Record Management:-Help maintain organized digital and physical files, templates, and records; assist in preparing basic reports and letters.
- Scheduling & Meetings:-Support meeting scheduling, calendar coordination, and preparation of meeting materials when required.
- Communication Handling:-Assist in answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
- HR & Finance Support:-Support employee file organization, attendance follow-up, basic data entry, and preparation of documents for HR and Finance teams.
- Travel & Logistics Assistance:-Help with staff travel coordination, small office errands, deliveries, and event arrangements.
- Policy & Process Support:-Learn and follow company policies and assist in implementing administrative procedures.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Willingness to learn ERPNext is required.
- Communication Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
- Personal Attributes: Willingness to learn, reliability, good organization skills, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
