Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994 with the paid up Capital of birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 Shareholders.
The Bank commenced its operation in 28 October 1999 by 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.

Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc / Level IV in Electromechanical, Electrical and related fields of study
Work Experience & Required Skills:
- 3/4 years in lift maintenance related work experience

Position 2: General Technician
Educational Qualification:
- Level III TVET Technical and Vocational Certification in Plumbing, Electrician, Building Maintenance or related fields of study
Work Experience & Required Skills:
- 4 years maintenance related work experience (Plumbing, Electrical installation, Building maintenance, Electro-mechanical)

Position 5: Debt Recovery Officer

Work Experience & Required Skills:
- 4 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years as Associate Debt Recovery Officer or other equivalent related job positions
Position 6: Customer Relationship Officer
