Established in 2009 by a consortium of local Ethiopian investors, the company is presently owned by Swinkels Family Brewers Holding N.V. (60%), 8,000 local shareholders (30%), and Linssen Participations B.V. (10%).
As a Graduate Trainee, you will engage in a comprehensive one-year program specifically designed to equip you for prospective positions within the organization. You will acquire practical experience across various functions, tackling real business projects, confronting challenges, and learning in vibrant environments.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or candidate with up to 2 years of work experience.
- Academic Performance: Strong academic record
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new environments
- Attitude: Open-minded, resilient, and motivated to take on challenges
- Eligibility: Must be available to commit to the full one-year program

- Internship or project experience
- Leadership or extracurricular involvement
- Knowledge of industry trends or relevant tools/software
