Position 1: Junior Auto Mechanic

Job Summary:

The Junior Auto Mechanic will support the mechanical assembly, inspection, adjustment, testing, and maintenance of 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles under the supervision of senior mechanics.

  • Perform basic mechanical installation and adjustment.
  • Tighten bolts, nuts, and fasteners using appropriate tools.

  • Assist senior mechanics in troubleshooting and repair.

Job Summary:

  • Connect lights, indicators, horns, switches, displays, controllers, batteries, chargers, and other components.

  • Check wiring connections, connectors, terminals, and cable routing.

  • Assemble mechanical components of 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles.
  • Install wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, steering, axles, differentials, chassis, body components, and other mechanical parts.
  • Perform mechanical inspection and adjustment during assembly.
  • Diagnose and correct mechanical defects.
  • Check brake systems, steering systems, wheel alignment, suspension, bearings, fasteners, and drivetrain components.
  • Inspect motor mounting and mechanical drivetrain connections.

  • Install and connect vehicle wiring harnesses and electrical components.
  • Install and test batteries, controllers, motors, displays, switches, lights, indicators, horns, chargers, DC converters, and other electrical components.
  • Diagnose electrical and electronic faults.
  • Test battery voltage, current, continuity, insulation, and electrical connections.
  • Troubleshoot motor controller and wiring problems.

Job Summary

  • The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the electric vehicle assembly plant, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production of 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles.
  • A2 and 3-wheeler vehicle assembly plant manager directs all daily manufacturing operations, safety protocols, and quality control standards at a light-vehicle production facility. This leader oversees staff management, production schedules, supply chain coordination, and equipment maintenance to hit output goals efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control overall plant operations.
  • Develop and implement annual and monthly production plans.
  • Manage assembly operations for 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
  • Supervise production, technical, maintenance, warehouse, and quality activities.
  • Develop and implement production SOPs, work instructions, and process controls.
  • Monitor production efficiency, productivity, material utilization, and labor performance.

  • Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance, quality management, and plant operations.
  • Knowledge of EV systems is an advantage.
