Educational Requirements: Education diploma and above

Position 2: Members Development And Saving Officer

Experience:

Years of Experience: 1 and above years’ experience

Skills:

Technical Skills: Computer literate (MS Office, Excel)

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication, member service and interpersonal skill,
  • High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
  • Commitment to cooperative principles and members’ service.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Public Financial Management, Accounting Finance, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing, Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, or related filed,

Position 3: Loan And Insurance Officer 

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minium of 6 years for Bachelor’s degree of experience and 4 years’ experience for Master’s degree in SACCO, Micro financial institution or in banking environment,

Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong of credit appraisal, loan recovery, financial reporting
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Accounting or SACCO software preferred)

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication, member service and interpersonal skill.
  • High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
