Job Summary/Main Purpose:
Junior QA Pharmacist is responsible for carrying out/ participating in various QA Operations: Documentation, Internal Auditing, Product Quality Review, Validation/ Qualification of process/ Equipment/ Method, and Training activities within the organization..
Main Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager, The Jr.QA Pharmacist shall carry out the following duties:
- Reviewing of batch processing records received from IPQA-supervisor, before transferring to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Notify any error observed during review of batch documents and coordinate with production and packaging department for rectifying mistakes.
- Preparation, review, and issuance of new/ existing Batch processing documents.
- Carryout daily/ weekly inspection along with senior QA staffs for cGMP compliance gap assessment in the company.
- Record non-compliances and notify department of the recorded non-compliance observations and follow up the correction.
