Available Positions

1. Proprietary Trader

Education & Certification:

• BA/MA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• Individual dealing/trading membership from a recognized securities exchange or OTC market

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years post‑graduation in financial services
• Focus on trading, securities execution, or market operations

Location: Addis Ababa

2. Senior Strategy & Market Research Officer

Education & Experience:

• BA in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Master’s degree (MBA) or certifications (CFA, CIMA) preferred
• 4–6 years in strategy development, market research, or investment banking

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); data visualization tools a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in business research, monitoring, and evaluation
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
