1. Junior Secretary
- Qualification: Diploma or Diploma-equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Job Purpose: To provide effective secretarial and office administration support for smooth day-to-day operations.
Duty Station: City Branches
2. Branch Manager – IV
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years, including at least 1 year as Business Manager II or equivalent
Job Purpose: To ensure branch banking operations are carried out in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Duty Stations: Yirgalem & Bule Hora Branches
3. Branch Manager – IV
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years, including at least 1 year as Business Manager II or equivalent
Job Purpose: To oversee overall branch operations and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Duty Stations: Kebridehar, Kobo Harerge & Branches under Jimma District
4. Branch Manager – III
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 4 years, including at least 1 year as Branch Manager IV or Branch Business Manager I
Job Purpose: To manage branch operations efficiently and enhance service delivery.
Duty Stations: Jimma Abajifar & Jiren Branches
5. Senior Electrical Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience, including 1 year as Electrical Engineer I or equivalent
- Strong technical, leadership, and teamwork skills
Job Purpose: To supervise electrical works, ensure safety and quality standards, review specifications, and support modern electrical systems.
Duty Station: Head Office
6. Manager – Treasury Sales Desk
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or Business Commerce
- Experience: 6–8 years in banking and global market sales
- Basic knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Money Markets
- Strong understanding of Treasury operations
Job Purpose: To expand treasury business by growing client portfolios and increasing FX and money market revenues.
Duty Station: Head Office
7. Manager – Trading Desk
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Commerce, Statistics, or professional certification such as CFA
- Experience: 6–8 years of FX and Fixed Income trading experience
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Bills, Bonds, Money Market, and FX products
- Knowledge of National Bank of Ethiopia exchange control regulations
Job Purpose: To manage and optimize FX and Fixed Income trading activities while maintaining profitability within risk limits.
