Position 1: Junior Logistics Officer

• Qualification: BA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related fields
• Experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Skills: Strong MS Excel & Word proficiency
• Note: Female applicants are highly encouraged
• Location: Addis Ababa – ICT Park

Position 2: Junior Industrial Engineer

• Qualification: BSc in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: No experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in new machine fitting and troubleshooting processes
• Prepare FMECA (Failure Mode Effect Critical Analysis) reports
• Translate Chinese procedures into Amharic
• Organize departmental documents
• Study work-load and set labor standards
• Assess ergonomics and ensure workplace safety
• Location: Addis Ababa – ICT Park

Position 3: Junior Process Engineer

• Qualification: BSc in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 0 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate 4M1E factors daily (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment)
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Lead assembly processes and allocate manpower
• Analyze KPIs, identify gaps, and improve productivity
• Prepare training materials and evaluate operator competency
• Location: Addis Ababa – ICT Park

Position 4: Junior Machine Engineer

• Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 0 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Manage equipment procurement and maintenance documentation
• Diagnose and repair major equipment issues
• Validate and integrate newly introduced machines
• Prepare equipment checklists, schedules, and reports
• Analyze machine failures and improve performance
• Location: Addis Ababa – ICT Park

Position 5: Junior Repair Engineer

• Qualification: Level IV or V in Electronics
• Experience: 0 years (new graduates welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare maintenance and repair reports
• Analyze defects and recommend corrective actions
• Verify the functionality of repaired products
• Maintain repair productivity while ensuring quality
• Follow full repair documentation procedures
• Support workshop safety and cleanliness

Position 6: IT Specialist

• Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience: 1–2 years
• Language: Fluent English (written & spoken)

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Position 7: Visa Specialist

• Qualification: BA in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
• Skills: Strong team management, excellent communication, fluent English
