🎯 Job Purpose

To support sales growth of bakery products by providing technical expertise, customer training, and strong client relationship management, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers within the bakery sector
• Achieve assigned sales targets and grow market presence
• Prepare and present product solutions to potential clients

Technical Support & Training

• Provide hands-on technical guidance on product applications
• Conduct bakery demonstrations and training sessions
• Diagnose and resolve product-related challenges

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Prepare sales performance reports and forecasts

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety, and quality standards

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Strong understanding of bakery processes and ingredients
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to conduct technical demonstrations and training
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Language Requirements

• Amharic and English (required)
