• Position Title: Teachers (English, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics & Music)
• Career Level: Senior Level (5–8 years experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract / Permanent)
• Work Location: Office-based, Addis Ababa

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with approved curriculum standards
• Assess student learning through tests, projects, and classroom activities
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to support academic improvement
• Encourage critical thinking through interactive classroom discussions
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance instructional strategies
• Communicate effectively with students and parents on academic progress
• Participate in professional development and training programs
• Manage classroom behavior to ensure a respectful learning environment
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and learning resources

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject area
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGDT, B.Ed., Diploma in Education, or equivalent)

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant teaching experience
• 5–8 years of classroom or academic management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Cambridge International Education training or certification
