🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Project Management, or related fields.
  • 0–1 years of relevant experience (ideal for fresh graduates).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Local language proficiency (required for project area).
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Office & Administration

  • Manage office equipment and environment.
  • Coordinate office activities for senior management and partners.
  • Handle confidential documents.

Fleet Management

  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Manage drivers and fleet operations.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and logistics.

Communication & Secretarial Support

  • Handle correspondence, invoices, and queries.
  • Screen and forward documents to management.

Event Management

  • Organize meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and track authorizations.

Financial Administration

  • Assist with payments, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain grant documentation and files.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support HR, IT, and Finance coordination.
  • Contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Contract Administration

  • Oversee contracts, acquisitions, and supplies.
  • Track payments, deadlines, and maintain audit files.
