1. Pre-sales Junior Engineer

Role Summary

The Junior Pre-sales Engineer supports the technical and sales teams by preparing solution designs, technical documents, and customer requirement analyses. This role is ideal for early-career ICT professionals seeking growth in solution architecture and pre-sales engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect customer requirements and prepare technical specifications.
• Assist senior engineers in designing IT solutions (Networking, Cloud, Data Center, ERP, etc.).
• Prepare proposals, technical documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support product demonstrations and presentations.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance to customers.
• Stay updated on emerging ICT technologies.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, pre-sales, or solution engineering.
• Familiarity with:
  • Cloud or Data Center technologies
  • Networking infrastructure
  • Storage solutions
  • ERP systems
• Strong technical communication skills and attention to detail.

2. Pre-sales Senior Engineer

Role Summary

The Senior Pre-sales Engineer leads the solution design cycle, working directly with clients and the sales team to design, present, and validate advanced ICT solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise and experience in enterprise-level IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and gather in-depth customer requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions across Data Center, Cloud, Networking, Security, Storage, and ERP.
• Prepare advanced technical proposals, solution architectures, and BOQs.
• Deliver professional presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure solutions meet client needs, industry standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related area.
• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution design, or enterprise ICT systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
