Sales Agent

Sheba Nordic Oils is a premium producer of cold-pressed cosmetic oils, supplying branded bottled products, bulk raw oils, white-label manufacturing, and export solutions. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for driven Sales Agents to support our growth.
Compensation
Base salary: 10,000 ETB (gross)
Net salary: approx. 7,650 ETB after statutory deductions
Additional commissions based on sales type and performance
Monthly performance incentives
Commission Structure
Branded bottled products: 50–100 ETB per bottle
Bulk raw oil sales: 10,000–30,000 ETB per 100 liters (net)
White-label solutions: 10,000–30,000 ETB per 100 liters (net)
Export contracts: 10,000–30,000 ETB per 100 liters
Work Type
Field-based sales with flexible scheduling
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach clients across retail, beauty, wellness, manufacturing, and export markets
Present and sell Sheba Nordic Oils’ products and solutions
Close deals across branded, bulk, white-label, and export channels
Coordinate client handover to internal operations
Track leads, sales volumes, and performance against targets
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven and self-motivated
Comfortable representing a premium Ethiopian brand
Sales experience is an advantage, but not required
