Position 1: Charging and Mediation Operations Specialist

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Degree or equivalent in:
  • Telecommunication Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology (IT)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy telecommunications or dynamic IT environment
• Strong knowledge of Charging solutions architecture including:
  • Messaging, Voice, IMS, and IoT
• Working knowledge of:
  • Unix systems
  • Databases (RDBMS and NoSQL)

Position 2: Senior Specialist – Transmission Network Operation (Microwave)

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Higher National Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunications
• Minimum 8 years’ experience, including 3 years in a specialized role
• Proven experience in:
  • Transmission network operations, design, planning, installation, and commissioning
  • Microwave network projects and support
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Huawei RTN 900 / 300 / 6900 series
  • Nokia Wavence
  • UBT-s, UBT-T, UBT-m
  • ZTE microwave devices
• Strong understanding of:
  • IP network protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, Segment Routing, IPv6)
  • Software Defined Networking (SDN)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills

Education & Experience

• Extensive experience in:
  • IP/MPLS network operations, design, planning, and implementation
  • End-to-end IP network integration
• Strong knowledge of:
  • BGP, MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, Segment Routing, IPv6
• Professional certifications required:
  • CCNP, HCNP (Expert-level certifications are an added advantage)
• Knowledge of:
  • Software Defined Networking (SDN)
  • Network scripting (e.g., Python)
• Strong reporting and project management capabilities

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of specialized DWDM experience in a telecom environment
• Proven expertise in:
  • DWDM transmission planning, installation, and commissioning
  • Fiber, Microwave (MW), and DWDM technologies
• Working knowledge of:
  • IP network principles
  • Software Defined Networking (SDN)
  • Network scripting (e.g., Python)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills

Position 5: Corporate Account Manager – Direct Sales

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in service delivery or customer management for major corporate clients
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of telecom products and technologies
• Industry certifications are an added advantage:
  • ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, CCNA, etc.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and local languages
• Proficiency in:
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or related field
• Mandatory ISTQB Certification
  (Test Manager, Advanced Test Automation, or Performance Testing)
• 5+ years’ experience in software testing within a large IT environment
• Strong expertise in:
  • Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Managing large test teams
  • Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Drone, Travis, GitLab CI)
  • Programming languages (Java preferred; Python or JavaScript acceptable)
  • Test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium)
  • Performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust.io, HP LoadRunner)
• Experience in:
