In partnership with JSI and under the Momentum Integrated Health Resilience (MIHER) project, PADet is recruiting qualified professionals for multiple positions to support health system strengthening in Central Gonder, Amhara Region.

Available Positions
1. Cluster Coordinator (Senior Level)
Location: Gonder (specific duty station to be assigned)
Employment Type: Contract (1 year, renewable)
Experience Required: 7+ years
Deadline: December 12, 2025
Role Summary
The Cluster Coordinator plays a leadership role in planning, implementing, and monitoring MIHR project activities across assigned clusters. The position supports Zonal/Woreda Health Offices, Primary Hospitals, and PHCUs to strengthen MNCH, Nutrition, and Health Security services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Service Management, or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in public health program management
- Strong skills in team supervision and resource management
- Experience providing technical support across MNCH and nutrition programs
- Ability to work closely with local government and partners
- Fluency in English and local language of the duty area
- Willingness to travel frequently
2. Service Delivery Specialist
Location: Gonder
Employment Type: Contract (1 year, renewable)
Experience Required: 5+ years
Deadline: December 12, 2025
Role Summary
A field-based technical position supporting PHCUs and Woreda Health Offices to strengthen service delivery quality. Focus areas include RMNCAH, integrated nutrition services (IYCF, IMAM), quality improvement (QI), and operational resilience.
Qualifications
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in health sciences, RMNCAH, or health service management
- 5+ years’ experience in public or private health facilities
- Strong understanding of QI tools and hospital-level care
- Experience in public–private health partnerships
- Knowledge of Ethiopia’s health system and RMNCAH policies
- Local language ability is an advantage
3. Community Mobilization Specialist
Location: Gonder
Employment Type: Contract (1 year, renewable)
Experience Required: 5+ years
Deadline: December 12, 2025
Role Summary
Responsible for strengthening community engagement, improving health-seeking behavior, and supporting community-based health structures. Also contributes to Health Security initiatives through Risk Communication & Community Engagement (RCCE).
Qualifications
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in Health Promotion, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields
- 5+ years’ experience in community engagement and empowerment
- Knowledge of Ethiopia’s primary health care system and community health structures
- Experience conducting training and capacity-building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; local language is an advantage
4. Cashier Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3+ years
Deadline: December 12, 2025
Role Summary
The Cashier Accountant supports financial operations by handling payments, managing petty cash, preparing cash books, coding vouchers, and ensuring proper financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma/BA in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience (NGO experience preferred)
- Computer literacy and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and travel when required
