Job Summary

DHL Ethiopian Airlines Logistics Services S.C. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Procure to Pay (PTP) Controller to support the company’s financial compliance,
supplier management, and internal control processes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring
accurate reporting, efficient vendor settlements, and adherence to DHL Group global standards and
local Ethiopian financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and verify supplier and service provider profiles, including credit limits and documentation.
• Review and submit invoices for payment and ensure alignment with system records before settlement.
• Request and reconcile supplier account statements quarterly and maintain professional communication.
• Coordinate with operational teams on reporting accuracy, GP analysis, and sick file follow-ups.
• Prepare, file, and manage all tax-related documents and ensure timely submission to government offices.
• Scan, prepare, and submit payroll and payment templates to the Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Ensure accurate recording of payment transactions in the general ledger and clearing of C999999 accounts.
• Safeguard company assets and participate in annual physical asset verification.
• Review petty cash requests, vouchers, and monthly reports for compliance.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the CFO.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of DHL systems (CW1, Ishare, etc.).
• Knowledge of Ethiopian accounting, tax, and audit regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding customer service orientation.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
