  1. Field Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning (MERL) Officer

    Employment Type: Contract
    Duty Station: Debre Birhan, Amhara Region

    Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:

    • Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for projects
    • Collect, analyze, and report on project performance indicators
    • Provide feedback to project coordinators and support adaptive management
    • Facilitate mid-term and end-line evaluations of medium- and long-term projects
    • Maintain data collection tools and ensure data quality assurance
    • Document lessons learned and change stories for program learning
    • Train and support staff on M&E processes and tools
    • Conduct capacity-building assessments and facilitate staff training

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:

    • Manage financial transactions including payments, petty cash, staff advances, and supplier payments

  1. Finance and Admin Logistic (LAF) Officer

    Employment Type: Contract
    Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (50% travel to field offices/project sites)

    Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:

    • Oversee financial management including cheque issuance, advances, cash handling, and reporting
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, donor requirements, and financial policies
    • Manage procurement, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance
    • Conduct physical counts of inventories and fixed assets; maintain accurate records
    • Supervise human resources functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and personnel files
