1. Administrative & Grant Officer – Inclusive Capital Markets Project (M/W)

Job Summary
The Administrative & Grant Officer will manage administrative, financial, and grant-related activities for the Inclusive Capital Markets for Youth and Women Entrepreneurs in Ethiopia project, ensuring full compliance with donor and organizational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative, financial, and logistical management
- Sub-grant cycle management (calls for proposals, contracting, monitoring, closure)
- Budget tracking, financial reporting, and audit preparation
- Capacity building for implementing partners
- Coordination with project teams and donors
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in grants and administrative management
