📢 Vacancy Details – 2026

🔹 Position: Logistics and Admin Intern

Type: Full-Time Internship
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Supervisor: Warehouse Officer


🎓 Qualifications

  • Recent bachelor’s degree (2024 or 2025 graduates) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and support a collaborative environment

🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Support logistics and operations by maintaining accurate warehouse and asset records
  • Assist in managing supplies, shipments, and inventory tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Department
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program logistics
  • Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
