🔹 Position: Human Resource Intern

Type: Full-Time Internship
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

🎓 Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree (2024 or 2025 graduates) in:
  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Closely related fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Team-oriented and willing to learn

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Scan, file, and organize personnel documents accurately
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document preparation
• Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
