The IT Specialist will manage daily operations of the company’s IT environment, ensuring stable and secure
network performance across office and dormitory locations. The role includes supporting employees, maintaining
systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily management and maintenance of networks and IT equipment (computers, printers, servers, routers, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Conduct routine network security checks, patching, and monitoring.
• Support new and existing staff with IT needs and provide training on office software and tools.
