Summary: Sheraton Addis, The Luxury Collection Hotel is seeking a qualified Hotel Nurse in Addis Ababa. This full-time senior-level position requires 5–8 years of nursing experience in recognized hospitals. Responsibilities include managing associates’ health, administering medications, first aid, maintaining medical records, and coordinating health awareness programs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

• Provide medication and counseling to hotel associates.
• Establish, implement, and control hygiene and disease prevention measures.
• Facilitate referrals to health centers or hospitals.
• Track sick leave, maternity leave, and expenses; compile monthly reports.
• Assist the Duty Doctor and supervise all clinic activities.
• Provide first aid for minor health issues.
• Coordinate periodic medical checkups and vaccinations.
• Organize individual associate medical files.
• Collaborate with Health, Environment, Safety & Security Committee.
• Conduct health awareness training and accident prevention activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Nursing from a recognized university/college.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in recognized hospitals post-graduation.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
• Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive personality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of hotel HR guidelines, policies, and local laws.
