Job Summary
The Human Resource & Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating HR and training-related activities, providing administrative and clerical support, and assisting management in implementing departmental projects. The role also supports Learning and Development initiatives to ensure effective training delivery and compliance with Hilton standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR and training projects and departmental activities as assigned
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR management
- Maintain communication with departments involved in HR and training activities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
- Answer telephone calls and assist internal and external stakeholders
- Draft official correspondence on behalf of the department
- Support Learning & Development activities, including training logistics and coordination
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
- Manage office supplies and ensure orderly work environments
- Greet internal and external visitors professionally
- Report unsafe conditions and follow emergency procedures
- Attend mandatory meetings and comply with workplace policies
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff, departments, and guests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in HR or a similar coordination role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High professional grooming and workplace conduct standards
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
