Available Positions

1. Senior Human Capital Development Expert

  • Work Unit: Human Capital Development Division
  • Reports to: Division Manager
  • Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation
  • Career Level: Senior (5–8 years)
  • Work Experience: 6–8 years, with at least 3–4 years in a senior position
  • Education: Second/First degree in Pedagogical Science, Social Work, Sociology, Social Anthropology, Social Psychology, Applied Psychology, Public Administration, Management, Political Science & International Relations, Regional and Local Development Studies, or Development Studies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and monitor staff capacity building initiatives
  • Contribute to HRD strategy, policy, and organizational development studies
  • Support leadership competency frameworks and training programs
  • Identify system gaps and recommend solutions
  • Facilitate training, coaching, mentoring, and peer learning across HQ and branches
  • Promote team spirit, efficiency, and knowledge management
  • Support institutional assessments, performance measurement systems, and HRD innovations

2. Human Resources Expert

  • Work Unit: Talent Acquisition and HR Administration Division
  • Reports to: Talent Acquisition and HR Administration Manager
  • Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation
  • Career Level: Mid Level (3–5 years)
  • Work Experience: 4–6 years of related experience
  • Education: Second/First degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or Business Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning, budgeting, and implementing HR activities
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including screening applications
  • Compile and organize employee data for HR administration matters
  • Process attendance data for payroll and personnel actions
  • Handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and social security matters
  • Manage personnel records, leave schedules, and employment formalities
  • Liaise with contracted organizations for insurance and medical services
  • Support welfare services such as canteens, occupational safety, and recreation facilities
