Position: Store Clerk

Educational Qualification

• BA/BSc degree in:
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Or related fields

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience or knowledge in ERP systems or digital inventory tools
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Understanding of warehouse and dispatch procedures
• Knowledge of FIFO principles and inventory movement
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP data entry)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The Store Clerk will support warehouse and dispatch operations, including:

• Outbound Dispatch Management – Ensuring accurate loading and dispatch processes
• Documentation & ERP Entry – Recording stock transactions correctly
• Stock Accuracy & Reconciliation – Maintaining proper stock balances
• Customer & Transport Coordination – Assisting with communication and scheduling
• Warehouse Housekeeping & Stock Control – Ensuring organized and clean storage areas
• Reporting – Preparing daily and periodic reports as required
