Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Analytics: Build demand‑forecasting models for health commodities (RMNCH, HIV, TB, Malaria, Vaccines).

- Human‑in‑the‑Loop AI: Ensure models support human planners with transparency and adaptability.
- Collaboration: Work with MoH/EPSS, supply‑chain experts, and product engineers.
About You
- Strong background in applied ML, statistical modeling, and time‑series forecasting.
- Proficiency in Python, data science libraries, and production model evaluation.
- Experience with health, logistics, or public systems data.
- Evidence‑driven, strong documentation habits, and clear communication with non‑technical stakeholders.

- Data & Tooling: Implement RAG, schema‑aware querying, and prevent unsafe actions.
- User‑Centric Delivery: Translate workflows into system logic and iterate with feedback.
About You
- Strong backend engineering skills (APIs, databases, authentication).
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, agents, and AI‑assisted systems.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and production deployments.
- Ability to design systems that fit into existing institutional workflows.
