Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • or other closely related fields
• Eligible graduation years:
  • 2022, 2023, or 2024 G.C
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in:
  • IT support services
  • Computer and printer hardware maintenance
• Certification in computer and printer hardware maintenance (e.g. A+ or recognized local training certificates) is an added advantage
• Practical experience in troubleshooting IT-related issues is required

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide network support and resolve network-related issues
• Deliver end-user support for the Bank’s core and supporting systems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and required software
• Perform maintenance and support for:
  • Computers
  • Printers
  • Scanners
  • Related peripheral devices
• Carry out network installation and preventive maintenance at branch offices
• Manage end-user domain accounts and security settings through Windows Active Directory
• Work closely with internal IT teams to ensure end-to-end user support and issue resolution
• Provide timely technical assistance and guide users on proper system utilization
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls when required
• Provide support outside regular working hours and during holidays as assigned
• Report all security incidents to the responsible IT unit or manager
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
